In 1968, an innovative brand of military policing was undergoing testing near Los Angeles. The Los Angeles Police Department sent an observer to this group who brought back the techniques and training necessary for Los Angeles to develop the first Special Weapons and Tactics (S.W.A.T.) team. CQB looks at the evolution of S.W.A.T. teams and recreates an actual operation that took place in the 1980s against a gang safe house.
